Oh My Goodness! Santorini was an amazing experience. Before I go any further I really must say that it was fantastic. I really enjoyed the entire experience and would recommend it!

We (my darling husband and good friends) went on a beautiful and warm summer evening. We were seated right at the front of the restaurant with great views of the busy street around us. The staff were fantastic and attentive. They brought us water, bread and drinks right away.
We had a voucher for each couple and chose to try both the meat and the seafood platter. For once, the meat platter actually held its own, but in retrospect the seafood was (and usually is) the best. Both platters were piled high with different types of cuts and meats and both were cooked to perfect. The spices were delicious but not overpowering allowing the natural flavour of the seafood and meats to shine through.
Dips and Saganaki is always a faverate of mine and Santorini’s was fabulous. Even the wine was quite tasty.
Unfortunately, having ordered from the voucher (and I suppose they were prepared for this and must have had the platters ready) we were in and out in not much more than an hour. This was a real disappointment for us as we’d planned to be our for a while, even having hired a babysitter. I can’t really fault Santorini Restaurant for this as it was full and I suppose they wanted to get some more paying customers.
